Position: Operations Analyst
Reports to: Director of Operations
Status: Full Time
Yearly Salary: $62,500 - $70,000
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - include and are not limited to:
- Maintain customer information and billing systems
- Support data functions associated with accounts receivable operations
- Develop and execute routine and ad hoc data queries from customer information and billing systems
- Respond to customer billing inquiries and provide limited customer service functions
RESPONSIBILITIES - include and are not limited to:
- Maintain Customer Information and Billing Systems
- Validate contract capture
- Process customer enrollments, drops, and changes
- Validate data and resolve discrepancies
- Support Accounts Receivable Operations
- Maintain billing and tax rates
- Execute daily billing routines
- Perform quality assurance
- Perform Data Analysis and Reporting
- Run data retrieval queries and distribute reports
- Run and work data validations
- Perform ad hoc data queries
- Respond to Customer Billing Inquiries
- Perform data retrieval and analysis as needed to respond to billing questions
- Receive and make limited customer calls regarding billing

• College degree in information management, business, or similar field preferred
• Discipline for attention to detail and accuracy
• Critical thinking
• Technical skills
• Strength in data analysis and manipulation
