Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating long-term client relationships. Your primary focus will be companies in the Americas, with an emphasis on the U.S. and Canadian markets.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sales background with a willingness to immerse themselves in one of the most exciting industries, aviation. This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in outbound prospecting and inbound lead response.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within the aviation industry, build a robust pipeline of qualified leads, and collaborate with marketing to develop impactful sales assets.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to client-specific needs, showcasing JETNET’s suite of products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives, purchasing managers, and operational teams.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations to align solutions with client objectives while ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
  • Retention & Growth: Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proven track record of B2B sales success, with a focus on new customer acquisition.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and ability to manage a dynamic pipeline.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent critical thinking and multitasking skills.
  • Passion for aviation or eagerness to learn about the industry.

Location:

Open to applicants in the upstate New York area with current legal authorization to work in the USA.

Additional Information:

USA Exempt Base Salary: $55,000 - $68,000 USD 
Total cash, including on target earnings: $75,000 - $100,000 USD
