Team oriented   Summary: Oven operators work as a team to mix doughs and bake products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following: Other duties may be assigned. Follow recipe / instructions to ensure products are ready to bake Continually check products for quality Reporting machine faults Assure product is aesthetically correct Keep area clean and organized Assist in other areas as needed   Position Requirements Skills: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands. Good observational skills Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment   Education and/or Experience High School graduate or equivalent Must have ability to remain stationary for periods of up to four hours in length Good communication skills both verbal and written   Other: Must possess the ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
