We are currently recruiting for the position of Human Resources Summer Intern.

Schedule: 1st shift (Monday-Friday); Temporary July-August

The HR Intern will play a vital role in supporting core HR functions by helping digitize and audit employee records, assisting in front-desk visitor management, and supporting recruitment activities. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on HR experience in a dynamic and fast-paced supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • File Management & Digitization
    • Scan and digitize physical employee files into the HRIS system.
    • Organize and maintain digital file structures in compliance with company policies.
    • Audit employee records for completeness and accuracy.
  • Visitor & Front Desk Support
    • Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
    • Handle general inquiries and provide administrative assistance as needed.
  • Recruiting & Interview Coordination
    • Assist in scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
    • Help track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
    • Support onboarding tasks such as preparing welcome packets or checklists.
  • General HR Support
    • Assist with day-to-day administrative HR tasks and projects as assigned.
    • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company HR policies at all times.

The skills and qualifications of the Human Resource Intern are outlined below:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Work Location: In person

Pay range: $18.00-$20.00
