Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Manager IIA to oversee TADSS (Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations) services across multiple training sites. The ideal candidate will manage the usage, maintenance, and operational readiness of TADSS equipment, providing critical support to training operations and ensuring all systems remain functional and mission ready.
Scope of Work:
The Logistics Manager will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control to perform Logistics Manager TADSS services as defined in the PWS. The contractor will ensure operational readiness of all TADSS, oversee training and usage, and support continuous improvement in TADSS management.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics, asset management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of military training equipment, simulators, or TADSS preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and provide timely operational updates.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and reporting tools.
- Security clearance may be required depending on assignment.
