Description

Cervello Global Research Corporation (CGRC), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is seeking an experienced Instructional Content Developer to create structured teaching-methods products in support of SOW §2.3, C.3.

This position develops clear, accurate, and practical instructional content that teaches military personnel how to properly use, evaluate, and maintain clothing and equipment systems. Deliverables may include instructor guides, participant handbooks, structured lesson plans, and evaluation procedure documents. • Ensure all instructional content is accurate, complete, consistent, and usable without requiring additional clarification from the author.

NOTE: Position is contingent upon Contract Award

  • Experience developing instructional content related to military equipment, clothing, or systems — including correct use procedures, evaluation protocols, or maintenance guidance
  • Ability to translate complex technical subject matter into clear, structured instructional content usable by military instructors and participants
  • TS/SCI eligible — active or adjudicated TS/SCI clearance required; candidates without TS/SCI eligibility will not be considered
  • Able to travel to evaluation sites or Government facilities CONUS and OCONUS as required by task order; travel is reimbursed
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, technical writing, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Formal instructional design training or certification (e.g., ADDIE methodology, SAT — Systems Approach to Training, or equivalent)
  • Prior military service with experience as an instructor, trainer, or subject matter expert responsible for teaching equipment use to military personnel
  • Experience producing written instructional products reviewed and accepted by a Government program office, training command, or equivalent authority
