Description

Cervello Global Research Corporation (CGRC), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is seeking an experienced Best Practices Analyst to research, develop, and document best practices for military clothing and equipment systems. This position supports one of the three written deliverable requirements identified under SOW §2.3, C.3.

The Best Practices Analyst will draw upon evaluation findings, military standards, manufacturer specifications, technical documentation, and operator feedback to produce clear, accurate, and practical reference materials. These written products will guide military personnel in the selection, use, maintenance, and evaluation of clothing and equipment systems. Deliverables must be comprehensive, technically sound, and capable of standing alone as formal reference documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop best practices documentation for military clothing and equipment systems based on evaluation findings and relevant technical sources in accordance with SOW §2.3, C.3.
  • Synthesize evaluation data, operator feedback, technical specifications, manufacturer information, and applicable military standards into clear and actionable written reference products.
  • Produce standalone best practices documents that meet MilTech deliverable standards and Government acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate with the Evaluation Writer/Lead to ensure best practices content is accurate, consistent, and properly integrated into the overall evaluation deliverable package.
  • Revise and update best practices documentation in response to Government review comments and feedback.
  • Maintain complete source documentation and traceability for all findings, claims, and recommendations included in the final deliverables.

NOTE: Position is contingent upon Contract Award

  • Experience translating evaluation findings, operator feedback, or technical specifications into clear written guidance for military end users
  • TS/SCI eligible — active or adjudicated TS/SCI clearance required;
  • Able to travel to evaluation sites or Government facilities CONUS and OCONUS as required by task order.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of military technical training and professional experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing or contributing to military doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) documents, technical manuals, or operator guides related to clothing or equipment
