This role ensures a safe, clean, and efficient environment for staff and clients, while supervising maintenance staff and coordinating with vendors as needed. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead facility maintenance team members. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems. Coordinate repairs and maintenance with external vendors when necessary. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory. Assist in budgeting and planning for facility improvements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility maintenance or related field. Previous leadership or supervisory experience required. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems. Skills Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Proficiency with maintenance tools and equipment. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor as needed.
