This position is responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans to acquire new business to meet or exceed annual sales goals and grow market share. Additionally, this position is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships at assigned accounts and engaging with distributors to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources.

Education : Bachelor's Degree (four year college or university)
Experience : Extensive exposure to manufacturing in a high volume, 'automotive' environment.
Advanced Micro Soft Office Suite software knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Must have previously used a manufacturing system (Visual, SAP) on a regular basis.
Good working knowledge of manufacturing equipment capabilities. Excellent knowledge of adhesives and foams/rubber compatibility.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is performed primarily outside of the office environment at customers and potential customers' offices and facilities.
