As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and marketing skills. Key Responsibilities Brand Representation Serve as the face of the Iberia brand, representing its values and mission to customers, clients, and partners. Actively promote Iberia products at events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Iberia products, history, and competitive advantages. Marketing & Sales Support Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and strategies. Provide feedback and insights from the field to refine marketing efforts and identify new opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and customers. Customer Engagement Engage with customers to educate them about Iberia's unique benefits and features. Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience with the brand. Actively seek opportunities to expand Iberia's reach in local and regional markets. Travel & Reporting Travel as necessary to represent Iberia in various territories. Submit detailed reports on campaign performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Manage and track travel expenses in accordance with company policies.   Position Requirements Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer service roles; experience as a Brand Ambassador is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a passion for building relationships. Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends as needed. Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
