This important role helps keep production running smoothly by ensuring packaging materials and supplies are properly staged, organized, and ready for operation. What You’ll Do: Follow all safety, quality assurance, and good manufacturing practices (GMPs) Maintain accurate production and inventory documentation Verify quality control standards including product weights, coding, and packaging accuracy Support warehousing and material handling operations Identify, organize, and stage packaging supplies and materials for production Serve as support staff throughout the Print & Packaging Department Operate a straight truck to transport and load supplies from the dry warehouse Assist with plant cleaning and housekeeping as needed Support additional duties and projects assigned by supervisors   Summary of Benefits:  We are proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support the well-being and success of our team members, including: Health & Dental Insurance – 100% of premiums paid by the company with low deductibles. 401(k) Retirement Plan – With 5% company match after 6 months of employment. Ability to adapt effectively within a continually changing and demanding environment. Basic understanding of the appropriate supplies that go to each individual machine. Must be able to demonstrate an ability and willingness to communicate effectively in order to maintain high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency. Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures and company guidelines in order to maintain regulatory compliance. Basic math skills. Demonstrate the Qualified Individuals responsibilities for Preventative Controls   Education/Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). One year of packaging and forklift operator experience preferred.
