Summary
BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) develops and oversees individualized ABA treatment plans, conducts assessments, supervises behavior technicians, and collaborates with families and other professionals. They ensure ethical and regulatory compliance while working in various settings. Additionally this position may be function in a classroom as needed. BCBAs will be responsible for new client evaluation / consultation, behavior assessments, developing treatment plans, on-going case management and ABA Behavior therapy.
Responsibilities
Assessment and Treatment Planning:
Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans, and regularly update treatment goals based on data.
Supervision and Training:
Supervise support staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback on implementing behavior interventions.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with families, caregivers, school teams, and other professionals to coordinate care, integrate treatment goals into daily routines, and ensure consistent support.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Develop and implement data collection systems, analyze data to monitor progress, and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all services are delivered ethically and in accordance with relevant regulations, maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and other required paperwork.

Stay updated on current research, best practices, and relevant training to enhance their knowledge and skills.
