Richmond Express Courier Service and Warehousing is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Team Member to join our team!
Schedule Monday through Friday 7a-3p
Candidates would be responsible for:
Assisting clients
Answering calls and emails with compassion and accuracy
Working with the team to provide service in line with the Richmond Express standard
Managing and keeping files
This position is ideal for individuals who prefer a challenging and dynamic environment.

Qualifications:
Valid driver's license
2 Years prior customer service experience
What you’ll be doing:
Providing excellent service in a dynamic office environment
Building a rapport with clients and drivers
Providing insight and feedback to ensure client expectations are met
Providing the excellent customer service that Richmond Express is known for
What is required:
A positive attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivation
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
