We provide comprehensive services to businesses and residences in the metro area, including lawn and tree maintenance. As a Lawn Care Laborer on our team, you operate mowers, leaf blowers, weed whips, and other common tools to create and maintain carefully manicured outdoor spaces. No previous experience is required, but we are especially interested in candidates with prior knowledge in the lawn care industry. Pay Range: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour + Seasonal Bonus Responsibilities • Use mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools to trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain nearby plants and foliage. • Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team. • Operate leaf blowers and gather grass and hedge trimmings for removal. • Trim trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance. • Drive a truck to various client locations and ensure proper storage of equipment during transportation. Valid driver’s license (No DWIs in the last three years), medically able to drive a commercial vehicle, possess a DOT Med Card (or SLC will pay to get you one). Previous experience is a plus, but not at all required. Positive attitude, works well with others, and leadership mentality. Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds.
