Job Summary:
Swyft is a leader in Automated Retail. Our proprietary Robotic Stores offer 24/7 self-selection of world-class brands and products in various locations. Swyft's Location Inside Sales Specialist is the key contributor to supporting our high-growth opportunities in Hotels, Hospitality, and Convention Centers. You will ignite the sales process in these channels, presenting our portfolio of automated robotic stores. The Location Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for researching key target locations and key contact names and titles, conducting outreach (phone and email), vetting and presenting our value-add and business model, and successfully closing locations. This role requires a passion for success, strong research, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as left-brain/right-brain skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Create & grow our lead generation and an active pipeline of Hotels, Resorts, Convention Centers, and other key real estate locations

Advance leads to prospect and close, managing them through the sales cycle using our CRM systems.

Create a significant outreach process with an objective of a minimum of 50 phone calls each day and significant email follow-up.

Manage inbound inquiries and nurture those to close location agreements successfully.

Create and utilize innovative communications and lead gen tools like Loom and/or similar online demos to prospects.

Confidently present decks & business models to target locations.

Collaborate closely with our SVP Locations to track our PRF submissions and collaborate with Operations to track our installation forecast.

Achieve quarterly quotas, which our CRO will determine.

Education: Experience: -
3+ years of Sales experience with proven success -
Demonstrated sales experience in consumer products, technology, and SaaS models. -
Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, AI tools, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office, Loom. -
Experience and comfortability with high-volume cold & warm outreach Skills: -
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills -
Critical thinker and excellent collaborator working with both internal and external resources. -
Experienced with online Sales tools and CRM systems with advanced Excel skills. -
Experience communicating and presenting to both internal and external partners. -
Strong analytical, research, decisiveness, project management, and business relationship skills. -
Brings passion, commitment & accountability each day -
Self-starter with the flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations. -
