Position: Tax and Accounting Intership - 12 months (January to December)
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in general accounting tasks and preparation of financial statements
- Reconcile bank accounts and company ledgers
- Support the preparation of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Participate in client engagements and special projects as needed
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of accounting experience preferred, but recent graduates or current accounting students are welcome
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in French is preferred
