With six dealerships in Ohio including Ashland, Canton, Cleveland, Columbus, Richfield, and Zanesville, we are a growing company with extensive opportunities for the career minded. Come work with the World's Best - Kenworth and Hissong Group, Inc. The primary responsibility of the Service Technician is to run the diagnosis and perform repairs as needed. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform work as outlined on the Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards. • Diagnose cause of malfunctions and perform repairs • Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended • Road tests vehicle when required • Documents all work performed and recommended on the Repair Order • Stays informed of all manufacturer technical bulletins • Operates tools and equipment in a safe manner • Follows all safety policies, practice and procedures.   Position Requirements • High school diploma or GED. Further education preferred. • Ability to comprehend simple instructions and write correspondence. • Basic math skills. • Basic personal computer skills including Microsoft Windows, and e-mail • Must be able to lift 100 pounds. • Must be able to operate a fork lift once necessary operator's license is obtained.   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Shift First   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
