We are currently ISO proactive and organized individual with a passion for creating great relationships with residents while improving the overall communities. We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of one of our Clearwater residences. As the Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, satisfaction, and safety of our residents while maintaining the overall functionality of the community.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the mobile home park, including resident relations, maintenance, and financial management.
  • Enforce Park rules and regulations to ensure a harmonious living environment.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities, ensuring the park’s infrastructure is well-maintained.
  • Collect rent payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Market available lots and homes for rent or sale to attract new residents.
  • Address resident concerns and inquiries promptly, striving to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with property owners to align on park management strategies and decisions.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in property management, ideally within mobile home communities or residential real estate.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with residents, team members, and property owners.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage maintenance schedules, rent collection, and administrative tasks.
  • Problem-solving mindset to address challenges that may arise within the community.
  • Proficiency in financial management, including rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with relevant local regulations and laws governing mobile home communities.
  • Ability to lead a team of maintenance staff and contractors effectively.
  • Tech-savviness to utilize property management software and tools for efficient operations.
  • Dedication to maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the mobile home communities.
