Greystones is hiring a results-driven Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex technical initiatives supporting data-driven mission outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams, working with IRS data environments, and translating business and technical requirements into executable program plans. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of data systems and analytic workflows.

Major Duties/Tasks:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs supporting IRS data initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and developers, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with mission and stakeholder priorities.
- Oversee the development and optimization of data pipelines and workflows across disjoint and heterogeneous systems.
- Coordinate data integration efforts and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and data governance standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable plans.
- Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with IRS data policies, security requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and program execution methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience managing technical programs or projects in a data-centric environment.
- Familiarity with IRS data, including business return elements, return processing, and return metadata.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, data integration, and analytics workflows.
- Experience working with SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and data analysis environments (e.g., R or Python).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other program management methodologies preferred.
