The Inventory Specialist supports the buying and wholesale teams in the execution of seasonal strategies to achieve sales and profit goals. They act independently, under general direction, are resourceful at multi-tasking and are well-versed in interpersonal communication.
ERHco Inc. operates 3 divisions of fine footwear retail stores across the state of Oregon: Shoe Mill, Footwise and Burch's Shoes. We specialize in comfortable, high-quality shoes and accessories and offer full service, sit and fit customer service. - Assist in day-to-day buying department tasks to support retail locations.
- Facilitate the movement of inventory and paperwork between ERHCo, Inc. retail stores and the office/warehouse.
- Assist the warehouse support team in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of product transfers, mail out orders and any other assigned duties..

- Hourly position, $20.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

HOURS:
- Full-time, in office position at our headquarters in Clackamas.
- This is not a hybrid or remote position.
- Hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm.
KEY DUTIES Responsibilities include but are not limiited to the following:
- Reconcile inventory variances in retail store locations.
- Manage returns to vendor, damage and mismate processes.
- Receive purchase orders and ensure invoicing accuracy
- Identify and resolve purchase order discrepancies
- Build and maintain stong working relationships with vendor partners.

- Are proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel
- Have worked in a retail environment and have knowledge of the shoe industry
- Possess a fierce attention to detail
- Have strong organizational and time management skills
- Are a creative problem solver with a willingness to learn new skills
- Can clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
