POSITION OVERVIEW

Position Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Solutions Engineer to support and drive growth within our accounts. In this role, you will work in close partnership with an assigned Regional Sales Executive to strategically expand and support a defined territory. This individual will play a dual role, acting as a key driver of revenue growth by engaging directly with prescribers to increase adoption and utilization, while also serving as a vital resource to the Regional Sales Executive by providing day-to-day support, insights, and coordination. The ideal candidate brings a strong sales mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a service-driven approach, with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance and growth targets. This role requires proactive outreach, relationship-building with healthcare providers, and the ability to translate product value into meaningful clinical and business outcomes. You will be partnered with a Regional Sales Executive and will report to the Director of Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Reach the daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and/or activity performance goals set by and for the company.

  • Engage directly with prescriber offices via phone, email, virtual meetings, and/or SMS to drive growth, educate on new offerings, and deepen account relationships. Educate customers on our values, services, medications, policies, and procedures.

  • Generating new sales opportunities by using existing customer databases to increase sales and growth. Build relationships with your team's assigned accounts, discover gaps, meet unmet needs, drive revenue, and review accounts to identify new sales opportunities.

  • Grow recently converted accounts by analyzing business activity, identifying gaps, and proactively addressing underperformance.

  • Hold strategic conversations with offices that are not ordering or underutilizing products, uncovering objections, and re-engaging them with appropriate solutions.

  • Possess a persistent attitude in discovering customers' needs and opportunities within existing business verticals or introducing appropriate new verticals by uncovering unmet or existing needs.

  • Promote educational content by sharing webinars, inviting prescribers and staff to attend, and following up to ensure participation and engagement.

  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Executive to coordinate strategy, share insights, and support larger territory goals. Assist with important updates, such as price changes or formulary updates, portal and pricing questions, etc. especially when your rep is out in the field. Prospecting for new business may be required.

  • Maintain all sales and outreach activity in Salesforce, using Salesforce Dialer for all calls, and creating tasks, meetings, and notes to manage follow-ups and pipeline development. Ensure the data in Salesforce is always accurate/updated and complete the information required to help reach the set metrics and goals.

  • Execute consistent outreach and follow-up activity, making as many calls, connections, and account touches as needed to meet assigned growth, revenue, and performance goals.

  • Drive performance against clear revenue, growth, and activity targets, while also contributing to territory-wide success and customer satisfaction.

  • Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment where both individual performance and team collaboration are critical.

Meet or exceed daily performance metrics & revenue goals as expressed by leadership quarterly, which will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Must meet 95% of the quarterly minimum, subject to change without notice, because your plan should always be to meet 100% of your quota.

Subject to change based on business needs & will not be eligible for bonus unless requirements are met.

  • First sales activity should occur within the first 30 mins of your shift & continue consistently throughout the day.

  • Scheduled tasks are required for every account under the practice or doctor and opportunity unless inactive.

  • Execute consistent outreach and follow-up activity, making as many calls, connections, and touches as needed to meet assigned growth, revenue, and performance goals.

  • Connection means you spoke to a decision-maker and had a conversation. Voicemails do not count.

  • Scenario of Connection- you connect with someone in the office who can provide you with some insight into the account & you can find out the decision-maker's name and contact info.

  • Spend a maximum of 5% of the time (as measured in activities) on non-sales-related activity including customer service-related activities. Internal, Customer Service & Operations Activity do not count towards the total Sales Activities. This is a Sales position.

  • Connect with your assigned accounts/providers that come through internal departments within the same business day unless an inquiry comes 60 minutes before your day ends.

  • Comply with all appropriate company, state, and federal policies, procedures, and regulations. o Integrate and work as a team, being able to perform the allocated portion of the tasks while managing time effectively.

  • Use the tools available (CRM Salesforce, Power BI, Modus, BrainShark, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office 365) to analyze revenue and account trend data. Utilizing all your resources daily.

  • Performs all other related duties as assigned by the Director of Sales and CGO

 
Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS/
TRAINING

(e.g. professional qualifications, on-the-job training, education)

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years in inside sales, account management, or sales support, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry with a proven track record of success. Proven ability to grow accounts and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage prescribers and office staff.

  • Comfortable initiating challenging conversations with underperforming accounts and navigating them toward positive outcomes.

  • Experience working in Salesforce (or a comparable CRM), including managing tasks, logging activity, and using integrated calling tools.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and support field sales representatives.

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Online Audio/Web conferencing platforms (Zoom or Microsoft Teams). Possesses strong online research skills.

  • Able to adapt to change within the culture of a growing organization and industry. comfortable on the phone, speak, have a strong phone presence, and assert oneself with a sense of confidence. Able to handle objections and learn to adapt to alternative approaches.

  • Selling, persuasion, and presentation. Ability to analyze data and reports. Aptitude for online research; ability to search, locate, and identify key information.

  • Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain business relationships both outside and inside the company.

  • Takes the initiative and is self-motivated. Strong organization and planning discipline. Must be detail-oriented and possess a high level of accuracy and follow-up.

  • Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration while being able to work independently.

  • Must be able to maintain above-average attendance and punctuality (reliability).

  • Pharmacy Technician certification or similar pharmaceutical/medical training is preferred but not required.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Travel

As part of your job duties, travel may be required.? If applicable, you will be compensated at the current IRS mileage reimbursement rate.
