Summary
The Part-Time Shipping Associate will be responsible for the packaging and shipping of dietary supplement orders. This is a part-time position, with flexible shifts totaling 20-25 hours per week.
This role will be within the dietary supplement division of Forum Health. You'll be handling distribution of professional grade dietary supplements to Forum Health clinics nationwide and to our partner distribution sites.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm
Responsibilities
- Accurately process and fulfill orders received through multiple channels, including online and phone requests
- Package and ship products in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate and process internal orders
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of product lines, promotions, and procedures
- Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks as needed
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack
- Support cross-functional business needs in a small team environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma with 3+ years of experience, or a bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
- Experience with Shipstation or other shipment management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Compensation and Benefits
- Location: Lisle, IL
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm
- Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 hourly. Salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and or licensures. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
