Data Steward, Master Data Analyst
Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product and material master data across SAP and related enterprise systems. Supports product setup, data governance, system integrations, inventory management, and process improvements while partnering with IT, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain product, material, vendor, and related master data across SAP and integrated business systems.
· Oversee new product and item setup, including product attributes, classifications, pricing information, and lifecycle updates.
· Ensure data accuracy and consistency across ERP, Product Information Management (PIM), and related platforms.
· Perform regular data audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrections to maintain data integrity.
· Support data governance initiatives, including standardizing product information, maintaining data quality, and improving documentation.
· Partner with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, and Operations to support product launches, inventory visibility, and replenishment processes.
· Coordinate master data requirements for new product introductions, updates, and discontinuations.
· Support SAP S/4HANA and related ERP system enhancements, integrations, testing, and upgrades.
· Identify opportunities to automate product setup, data maintenance, and reporting processes.
· Collaborate with IT and business teams to troubleshoot system issues, resolve data discrepancies, and improve workflows.
· Maintain product information across multiple business units, brands, and categories.
· Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data tracking tools to support business operations.
· Support data cleansing, migration, validation, and system improvement initiatives.
· Prepare documentation, procedures, and training materials related to master data management.
· Partner cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and system performance.
