What You'll Do

This is not your typical desk job. As our MA Supervisor, you'll be on the front lines of patient care while shaping the team that makes it all possible.

Clinical Care & Visit Preparation

  • Provide direct patient care including vitals, point-of-care testing, injections, and clinical procedures
  • Ensure seamless visit preparation — chart review, pre-visit planning, and care gap identification — so providers can focus on what they do best
  • Serve as a clinical resource and problem-solver on the floor every day

Team Leadership & Development

  • Supervise, coach, and inspire a team of Medical Assistants and Lead MA
  • Conduct performance evaluations, facilitate training, and foster a culture of accountability and growth
  • Lead by example — set the standard for professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered care

Compliance & Quality

  • Share responsibility for CLIA compliance, ensuring laboratory and point-of-care testing meets all regulatory standards
  • Share oversight of Vaccines for Children (VFC) program compliance, including proper vaccine storage, handling, documentation, and audit readiness
  • Support supply and inventory management to keep operations running smoothly and cost-effectively
  • Champion quality improvement initiatives — identify opportunities, track metrics, and drive meaningful change.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish — helping us better connect with the communities we serve.
  • Prior supervisory or lead experience in a clinical setting.
  • Experience in an FQHC, community health center, or safety-net clinic.
  • Familiarity with CLIA regulations, VFC program requirements, and quality improvement methodologies.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Mission that matters. Every day, you'll help ensure that underserved communities receive high-quality, compassionate healthcare.
  • Leadership with impact. You won't just manage — you'll mentor, build, and elevate an entire clinical team.
  • Growth opportunities. We invest in our people with continuing education support, professional development, and pathways to advance.
  • Team culture. Join a collaborative, supportive environment where your voice is heard and your contributions are valued.
