Description

The purpose of this position is to record deposition interviews in the legal arena at various professional offices in the San Francisco region.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

-Maintain, setup, and operate various audio/video capture equipment and systems. (camera, mixer, tripod, microphones, etc.)

-Travel to client offices to perform duties as a deposition videographer or laptop technician as needed.

-Accurately process required job PDF forms in a timely manner.

-Dependability is a must; expectation is for employee to arrive at job location at least one hour before scheduled start time.

-Maintain a professional business appearance at all times.

-Provide client the necessary information and guidance on legal videography services we offer.

-Duties like organizing video files, encoding various media types, and running video files through 3rd party software.

-Job is tied to digital media delivery via secure cloud service.

-Realiable transportation, high-speed internet, and dedicated home workspace, and a place to keep our video gear is a must.

-All equipment and training provided by our company

Position Requirements

MINIMUM TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge and understanding of video and audio systems setup and operation. Computer knowledge of video editing programs is a plus.

-All Videographers MUST have reliable transportation, maintain a valid Drivers License and current Automobile Insurance at all times.

-CLVS or AGCV Certification programs a plus, though not required.

-Our company will provide all equipment and training.

Travel Requirements: extensive travel required throughout the greater SF bay area.  On ocassions business needs will require travel about 100 miles one way to as needed job site requests.  Paid mileage and drive time.

Job locations will vary daily.

Candidate will be trained on handling all aspects of in person video recording proceedings and subsequently train on how to record webconference legal video proceedings on the ZOOM platform.  All video, audio, and computer equipment is provided.

Hours Required:

Vary; MON-FRI. Occasional weekend jobs as required.

Compensation $18-$25/Hr.
