With two global production sites (Italy and India) and regional training centers, FIMER is positioned at the heart of the evolving energy transition. We are now seeking a US Country Manager to lead all commercial and operational activities across the United States with full P&L responsibility. Role Overview Reporting directly to the CEO, the US Country Manager will lead FIMER's growth and performance in the U.S. market. This role requires a commercially driven leader who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and flat-structured environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all sales, marketing, operations, and service functions of the U.S. business. Own full P&L responsibility, ensuring financial targets, quality standards, and growth objectives are met. Define and execute commercial strategies to grow market share across all business lines. Build and maintain key customer relationships and strategic partnerships. Manage a team of 50+ professionals across various departments. Develop and execute the annual business operating plan and budget. Drive implementation of global and regional service strategies at the local level. Foster a culture of accountability, performance, safety, and ethical conduct. Act as the face of FIMER in the U.S. market, representing the brand and values of the organization. Key Qualifications 20+ years of general management, sales, strategy, or business development experience in the renewable energy sector (preferably solar inverters or related electronics). Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and scaling operations. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget and P&L management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
