What You'll Do The Registered Nurse (RN) will demonstrate independent judgment and discretion to perform licensed nursing tasks within the state's scope of practice. Completing timely and accurate resident assessments as required by state regulations and policy, the RN will maintain the standards in resident care and coach community team members on best care practices. What You'll Bring You bring your nursing license in good standing with State Licensing Authority and maintain the ability to maintain the license. You will be able to deal with difficult, sensitive, and confidential issues. You will bring good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English. You will meet all health requirements as specified by state and federal regulations. You will be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation. You will pass a criminal background check.
