Wells Family Dental Group is looking for a SUPERSTAR Treatment Coordinator to join our dental dream team!

As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience-from helping patients understand their treatment options to making sure they feel comfortable moving forward with their care.
Our Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and system-oriented
- Have a forward-thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Have outstanding customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
- Have 2+ years of dental front desk experience
- Be confident discussing treatment and helping patients navigate their dental care
- Be a positive, team-oriented person who enjoys working in a busy practice
- Have Open Dental experience (preferred, but not required)
