Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Employee Dining Room Cook  Description The EDR cook is responsible for Practices and adheres to health codes set by the MS Department of Health by setting up personal work station with sanitation buckets and clean towels, proper labeling of prepared foods, proper cooling procedures, proper food placement in coolers to prevent cross contamination, use of gloves, hand washing, using FIFO method in product rotation, and proactively maintaining kitchen and work station ready for health department inspection at all times. Report to work with clean uniform including hat or hair net, name tag and badge, wears black OSHA approved non-slip shoes, and practices good personal hygiene. The EDR Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that the food is of high quality, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and is responsible in the preperation of our Chef's menu according to recipe specifications.   Position Requirements High School diploma or GED, Culinary degree preferred,  2 years food service preferred   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time and/or Part-Time   Pay Rate   Position Employee Dining Room Cook   Location Island View Casino Resort   This position is currently accepting applications.
