Share Email Opening Title Shipping/Receiving Clerk   Description WE ARE SEEKING A PART-TIME SHIPPING/RECEIVING CLERK TO JOIN OUR TEAM! At ISLAND VIEW CASINO, our shipping and receiving department (clerks) are responsible for verifying incoming shipments, recording receipts, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring the proper storage and distribution of goods. They also handle outgoing shipments and maintain records.  The Receiving Clerk coordinates receipts and returns of materials ordered by the company ensuring that shipments are as ordered. This position will have the responsibility of distribution of goods and mail within the company. Responsible for verifying quantities received against purchase orders. Delivers the products received to the ordering departments. Handles invoices, packing slips or shipper bills properly. Processes and stamps the paper work and obtains the appropriate signatures.   Position Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent and valid Mississippi Driver's license required. Must be 21 of age or older. Shipping and Receiving experience preferred.
