Our mission is, to deliver quality, trust and satisfaction by removing limitations, encouraging growth in employees, elevating customer service and support to new heights, and providing lasting personal services and solutions to our customers in an innovative and cost effective manner.   Description Provide subject matter expertise support to train current and new instructor personnel at NAVELSG N7 and teach portions or all of the following courses: Basic Air Cargo Handling (G-060-2030) Advanced Load Planning/Embark (G-060-2102) Expeditionary Cargo Operations (G-2G-2140) Halvorsen 25K Loader (G-811-1604) Perform technical curriculum reviews of courses for relevance and provide recommendations for updating curriculum materials. Liaise with NAVELSG N7 Learning Standards Officer to develop cogent instructor training plans within unit OPTEMPO and provide recommendations on instructor certifications to NAVELSG N7 leadership. Qualify and provide support as an Assessor with NAVELSG N7 Unit Readiness and Assessments and ensure courses are in line with OFRP training and assessment objectives and provide input to Unit Level Training Readiness Assessment (ULTRA) Master Sequence of Events List (MSEL) to ensure quality delivery of training and assessment. As required, provide support to the Mobile Training Team (MTT) to review subordinate units conduct analysis and provide some fundamental system training.   Position Requirements Secret Clearance Required. A minimum of three years (3) within the past 7 years of hands-on subject matter expertise as an Air Cargo Instructor. Prior experience and qualification NEC of 9502, 805A or DOD equivalent as an instructor is required. For high risk training courses shall have a minimum of three years (3) of High Risk Training experience with direct support of Department of Defense training programs. Meet and maintain eligibility for high-risk training instructors, as delineated in COMNAVELSGINST 1500.1 series and supporting references. Maintain an Instructor training binder with approved personalized course materials to be utilized during instruction. Perform course preparations to include, but not limited to, preparation of classroom, computer set-up, practical area set-up, vehicle staging, etc. Perform general facility cleanup to include but not limited to, trash removal, sweeping, swabbing, kitchen, appliances, lounge, bathroom, Tactical Operations Center (TOC) areas, and training ranges. Possess valid CPR/AED certification. Provide proof of recent (within three years) first aid certification.
