Come be a part of something bigger!   Req Number MAT-26-00003   Position Materials Coordinator Team Lead   Location Bluffton Community Hospital   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift -not applicable-   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Description The Materials Coordinator Team Leader is responsible for coordinating, facilitating all team activities within the Materials Management department related to maintaining, monitoring and coordinating the receiving and distribution of supplies in the Materials Management Receiving Department. Also records receipts in the Tissue Implant Module System. The team leader is responsible for training, and developing other team members to ensure the maximum desirable performance level in accordance with the overall mission of Beaufort Memorial Hospital. The team leader works with internal and external distributors to ensure that the regulatory compliance for supplies are adopted. Team leaders serves as a mentor and positive role model for fellow members of the team, and other members of the health care system. Team leader demonstrates the highest of work ethics, and values as affirmed in the behavioral standards and mission of Beaufort Memorial Hospital.   Position Requirements EDUCATION: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. EXPERIENCE: Medical background in purchasing inventory control and distribution of medical supplies, preferred. JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED: A general knowledge of receiving, inventory, distribution and computer entries. Meditech experience preferred.
