The team member will be responsible for driving as needed between 13 locations in the OKC Metropolitan area. All driving is local with no overnights. Daily schedule starts early each weekday and includes half day on every other Saturday morning. This position is responsible for maintaining open communication on the status of the department with the leaders. You will be expected to set and re-set priorities, distinguish between the urgent and the important, solve problems, hold and reconcile ideas and lead program development as well as advancement strategies from conception through cultivation to completion. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Exemplify superior guest service with a friendly, helpful, and courteous attitude Responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading freight onto and off of equipment Driving local OKC Metropolitan area as needed Driving to and from different stores and warehouses Warehouse labor to include lifting, squatting, bending, kneeling, general labor, and warehouse duties Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evening shifts, weekends, and holidays   Position Requirements Proven leadership ability to exercise sound judgement in interpreting, communicating, and applying policy. Courage to make and implement hard decisions in a timely manner. Ability to demonstrate trustworthiness and integrity in daily activities Ability to work effectively with a broad diversity of individuals and backgrounds, and generational differences, all with the intent to support the core values of the BFL company.
