This position is responsible for maintaining open communication on the status of the department with the leaders. You will be expected to set and re-set priorities, distinguish between the urgent and the important, solve problems, hold and reconcile ideas and lead program development as well as advancement strategies from conception through cultivation to completion. JOB TYPE: Full time/Part time, hourly position. Must be available weekdays, weekends, holidays for various shifts, evenings and on occasion work at another store location. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Large emphasis on Guest Service with a friendly, helpful, and courteous attitude while shopping and interacting with guests. - Always maintaining compliance with all Buy For Less Family policies and regulations pertaining to safety, sanitation, merchandising and quality - Work proficiently with electronic information on web base format - Responsible for maintaining food quality/freshness/temperature - Responsible for careful handling and packaging of all food items - Responsible for completing all steps of the order on time - The ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely fashion - Ensure that the online order satisfies the guests quality and quantity specifications   Position Requirements - Must be energetic, highly detail oriented, and friendly. - Experience with fresh food/grocery helpful. - Willing to learn a variety of tasks related to a growing fast paced department. - Must possess strong people skills and ability to work as part of a team. - Able to prioritize, make decisions and have excellent work ethic. - Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal, and written - Ability to demonstrate trustworthiness and integrity in daily activities - Ability to read and understand documents - Ability to prioritize work tasks, multi-task, and maintain focus - Ability to demonstrate trustworthiness and integrity in daily activities -.
