High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in railcar unloading or formulating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.. Must possess excellent math and reading skills. Good hand and eye coordination is required. Ability to climb ladders and to perform job duties without fear of heights. Must be able to multi-task to perform required daily duties. Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to identify and report any food safety and food security issues. To unload all incoming railcars and/or tanker trucks, move product from tanks, nixing and blending as required.. Monitor tank levels, agitators, and temperatures while performing duties. Maintain area to meet all sanitation requirements. Assist in training new employees.
