To oversee routine direction of hourly employees. As well, as load, unload, & move packaging and raw ingredient products within our facility in preparation for use by driving an electric powered industrial truck, equipped with devices such as forks or clamps. Will push, pull, lift and/or stack products or materials as required. Will use RF scanner to, insuring rotation of inventory on hand. Will load and unload supplies onto trucks for receiving and/or shipment. Provide leadership and routine direction to shipping and receiving department employees. Be an active participant in the day-to-day activities required to meet the shipping and receiving goals set for each day by receiving and/or unloading trucks. Responsible for monitoring drop lot, investigate inventory discrepancies. Assure proper stock rotation, schedule inbound shipments. Complete all required paperwork, accurately and timely. Direct traffic to the appropriate shipping and receiving docks upon their arrival Comply with all GMP, Safety Procedures, Company Policies, and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points as they apply to this position. Schedule & coordinate on-the-job training for new employees, by providing orientation and information in correct procedures and techniques.

Position Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse distribution environment. Must be licensed/certified as a forklift driver on sit down, stand up, Brudi pallet machine, pallet jack and order selector. Must be able to pass skills test for license/certification as well as written test for sit down and stand up forklift, Brudi pallet machine, pallet jack, and order selector. Good math skills are required. Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively.
Computer literate - experience with AS400 helpful. Possess working knowledge of RF Scanning System. Must have completed all approved & required training as a Material Handling Tech II. Must be able to work with minimum supervision and be a self-starter.
