Share Email Opening Title PRO-TEC-PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE  Description Warehouse Operators are responsible for working with customer specifications of packaging and material handling equipment including coil scale, coil marker, ID and OD banding units, paper dispensing unit, packaging crane, & printers.  They will also perform duties related to receiving substrate, shipping coated coils by truck and rail, and other associated warehouse activity.  The applicant must possess strong communication skills, support a culture of safety and environmental compliance with safe operating procedures and practices, and support continuous improvement. Spherion will be contacting you via phone and/or email address that you have provided.   Position Requirements Position requires the ability to work rotating 12 hour shift, walk intermittently, standing, climbing, bending, stooping and moderate lifting for short periods of time. Good hand-eye coordination and visual acuity. Position also requires the ability to climb stairs and ladders, walk throughout the large facility and withstand varying extreme weather conditions while working within the facility. May be required to work on high, elevated platforms.  Candidates must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Candidates must also be willing to participate in pre-employment testing and screening.      Educational Requirements High School diploma or the equivalent   License Requirements Forklift (will train); valid driver's license   Hours per week Rotating 12 hour shifts, with 7 days off in a row every 28 days.   Salary Increase in earnings!
