We are growing!!  We are currently seeking a goal-oriented, hardworking Enrollment Professional to become part of our Admissions team.   Position Requirements A DAY IN THE LIFE…. The Enrollment Professional communicates with potential students via telephone, or email, to build rapport and assist with the initial portion of the application process. They review and research Northcentral degree programs, and policies, to make sure that clear and updated information is being provided to prospective Students. They communicate effectively with those Students to determine their educational goals and whether Northcentral can meet those goals. It is important for the Enrollment Professional to maintain a high level of customer service and positive working attitude, as well as be available to help other team members as needed.   WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Our ideal applicant will have the ability to remain goal-oriented and exceed goals while working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a candidate who will work well in a team environment and will be able to perform as an effective teammate within the Admissions department and in cross-functional teams. It will be helpful if the candidate has knowledge of the academic and business workings of a higher education institution. Our top contender will be able to stay organized, easily multi-task and prioritize with ease.    WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE PART OF THE NCU EXPERIENCE Our ideal applicant will have an Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school plus six (6) months experience in enrollment advising in a collegial setting. The candidate will be proficient in the use of the Internet and is detail oriented. Our top contender needs to have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as be driven and self-motivated. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, as well as superior verbal and written communication skills.
