Elevator Worker 
About the Organization Pride Ag Resources was formed in 1915 as the Dodge City Cooperative Exchange with one facility. Today through mergers and acquisitions the COOP today has 15 grain facilities, four agronomy locations, multiple car care centers, four ACE Hardware stores and ownership in a multitude of other ventures throughout Southwest Kansas.

We offer 18 million bushels of storage for grains, a grain shuttle loader/unloader and a dry fertilizer with 24,000 tons of capacity. We currently have over 5,500 members with 2,300 as voting members.

Today, Pride Ag Resources employs more than 180 employees with a payroll in excess of 8 million dollars. The company is a major employer providing many vital services to the communities we serve.

Description

Job Summary:

To maintain elevator in good working condition to meet the customer needs. To ensure the elevator remains in compliance to all safety and OSHA regulations.   

Summary of essential job functions:

  • Maintain quality of grain
  • Safety compliance
  • Maintenance of elevator equipment
  • Load and unload grain product
  • Clean the elevator as required by standards
  • Assist in feed mill as needed
  • Assist customers
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Must have a valid Kansas Driver’s License
  • Ability to obtain CDL Class A license within 3 months of employment
