The Service Manager is responsible for managing the service department by effectively scheduling technicians and service appointments, meeting budget objectives and assisting technicians when help is needed. The Service Manager is also responsible for making sure that high quality work is delivered on time, the service department is a safe and clean work environment, outstanding service and responsiveness is provided to customers, all Service Department personnel are properly trained and any service related problems with either customers or staff are resolved quickly and completely.
