Description and Requirements: .Two years of work experience in human services, directly related to the task area, and prior military (or military spouse) experience preferred, including 2-years SOF community background.  Should possess an understanding of Family Readiness Groups and be well versed in all branches of Service and the Joint service environment. Extensive writing and oral communication skills required, as well as ability to interface at all levels of the command and FRG leaders.  Must be able to plan, organize, and execute large-scale social and family events (protocol experience a plus).  Must possess knowledge of military activities/programs available to military members and their families.  Functional knowledge of current software applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.  BA or BS in SOO-related area and working experience in the administration of personnel or human relations. Candidates must be US citizens with the ability to obtain a Security Clearance.
