The Eligibility and Enrollment Member Management Project Manager will be under the direction of the Project Director and Product Manager and will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and tracking cost, schedule, scope, and quality of all activities and deliverables on the project.

Duties include:

  • Building a project plan using CMS’ Expedited Life Cycle (XLC) process and then execute to that plan.
  • Managing and tracking project expenses within the allocated budget. Provide Project Director with update budget reports as needed.
  • Assist Product Manager in managing project risks and issues. Assist in managing work between IBM, System Integrator team and Legacy Systems team to ensure a smooth transition between Medicaid Eligibility Determination System (MEDS) and Cúram while ensuring that the legacy Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) continues to provide the appropriate information and processes.
  • Working with the Quality Manager to ensure that all deliverables are completed timely and meet quality standards.
  • Reporting on project status and strategies orally and in writing.
  • Offer any recommendations on procurement and implementation strategies as needed.
  • Assist Business unit in determining deliverables expected from software development organization.

Coordinating with outside entities, including vendors, providers, beneficiaries, professional associations, community partners and other entities.
Other duties as assigned.
