Provides support to administration, faculty, and staff through effective management and maintenance of application resources for the College.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience Demonstrated experience in the administration of
institutional related computing and applications resources
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
certifications and/or experience
Interpersonal Skills Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Technical Skills Working knowledge of current and emerging computer hardware and software, including relevant ERP systems and all Microsoft Office products.
Other Skills Knowledge of institutional Accounting Software, Database Management, and Windows-based Applications.
Project Management - Ability to work independently and to schedule and prioritize work with limited direction from a supervisor.
Physical Requirements The position requires constant mobility throughout the campus, which may include walking, standing, bending, carrying of light items and driving an automobile, etc. on occasion. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
Work Environment Regular exposure to favorable conditions such as those found in a normal office. Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes some nights and weekends.
