EHS Technologies Corporation, a dynamic Government Contractor based in Moorestown NJ. currently has a need for a Chief Financial Officer.
The successful candidate will be a member of the Company’s Executive Management Team and will oversee and lead all corporate financial operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage accounting, contracts, HR , and finance.
Work with executive management team to plan for an execute to strategic and operational goals.
Review and monitor corporate financial performance, and program finance.
Manage cash balances and track accounts receivable and accounts payable
Oversee a staff of at least 4 people. Augment, optimize, and document processes for the teamOversee, review and monitor contract administration, and administration of other legal documents, ensures timely execution of contract/legal modifications and other contractual/legal actions.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary interface with banks, DCAA, DCMA, Government procurement commands, public auditors, benefit and government auditors, corporate lawyers and tax accountants.
Server as system administrator for accounting and timekeeping software
Coordinate annual independent stock valuation and prepare financial information for stock evaluation.
Coordinate with tax accountants for preparation of Sub S tax returns ,quarterly tax filings, and reviewed financial statements
Recommend Sub S distributions and track shareholder distribution records.
Oversee completion and submission payroll and corporate tax returns and filings.
Work with business development/proposal team to develop and execute pricing strategies for proposals.
Prepare budget submissions for DCAA, and oversee annual DCAA audit submissions.
