Share Email Opening Title Loan Interviewer  Description The primary purpose of this position is to assist Allegacy Federal Credit Union in living out its mission, “to help you make smart financial choices” and support the expected behaviors of the Synergy culture.� To achieve this goal the employee must provide outstanding service to both internal and external members. A key component of this service to identify the financial needs of the member and recommend an appropriate credit union solution. In addition, this position is responsible for assisting members with loan applications for credit approval or denial, recommends a loan, inputs documentation into the computer and processes approved loans.� This individual must provide excellent customer service and sell Allegacy's products and services that meet the member's specific needs.   Position Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Support and promote a Sales and Service culture within AFCU. Demonstrated successful sales performance. Clerical accuracy in handling complicated transactions. Ability to conduct business in a professional manner, exercising personal discretion and independent judgment, while maintaining compliance with complex policies, laws, and regulations. Ability to discuss all AFCU’s programs and services. Ability to maintain confidentiality in respect to the members financial affairs.   Education and Experience Two or more years experience in Consumer Lending. Undergraduate degree in business or related degree preferred.
