Role: Administers, develops, maintains and implements the procedures necessary to ensure the security and integrity of the College’s data.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
One to three years demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain database applications.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills
Working knowledge of current and emerging computer hardware and software, including software development tools and all Microsoft Office products.
Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio, preferable Visual Basic; Microsoft SQL Server, including a mastery of T-SQL; and institutional accounting software, database management, online web applications, and windows-based applications.
The work is mostly sedentary; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, carrying of light items, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
Regular exposure to favorable conditions
such as those found in a normal office.
