HSE Integrated has more than 700 employees, comprising one of the largest teams of industrial safety experts and inventories of rental equipment in North America.   Category Accounting/Finance   Location Calgary   Open Date 4/7/2014   Req Number ACC-14-00001   Description Responsibilities: Entering and auditing employee data, processing timesheets in ADP Workforce Now Ensuring employee changes are entered correctly and in a timely manner; reviewing changes for proper authorization Processing and maintaining payroll and benefits records Providing support to staff and responding to payroll and benefits related inquiries Benefits Administration – medical/dental, disability, leaves, RRSPs, etc Assist with new employee orientation process, relating to company benefits, maintain and update all personnel files Provide employees with confirmation of income letters upon request Processing enrollment and termination forms for new and terminating employees with benefits provider Assist employees in understanding benefits programs Special projects as assigned by the payroll manager   Position Requirements Requirements: Working knowledge of ADP is an asset Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Payroll and benefits Combination of Payroll and Benefits education or equivalent experience will be considered Ability to work within a team in a courteous and co-operative manner Strong analytical and communication skills Knowledgeable of payroll and benefits administration Proficiency with MS Office and payroll software and systems Ability to multi-task in a high energy environment   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift Days     Division DXP | HSE Integrated Ltd.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
