Description

ACCOUNTABILITY: Broad responsibilities of the Receptionist/Aftermarket Support Specialist include being the first impression at the Natpro facility. The ideal candidate will provide the first point of contact for all visitors, as well as the responsibilities of ensuring smooth day-to day operations, purchase order expediting and aftermarket support functions.

CORE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer Service Focus: Provide a positive, proactive internal and external customer experience through customer interaction via personal, telephone or email communication. Understand and challenge existing methods for customer service delivery.
  • Endeavor: Achieve the highest level of Customer service success though team work, Quality Management System, and Continuous Improvement Projects, etc.
  • Daily: Verify all purchase orders without confirmation or acknowledgements from the vendors, update purchase orders with vendor confirmation dates and reference numbers, verify delivery status for all stock transfers
  • Inventory Count: Participate: Support execution if the annual inventory count/audit
  • Occupational health and safety Process: Follow developed Occupational Health and Safety plans and purpose to make Natpro a healthy and safe work environment
  • Office Community: Develop and support a healthy team oriented environment
  • Prequalification Process: Develop and support Corporate Services where required
  • Reception: Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls and visitors; provide administrative support to facility
  • Visitor and Labor Contractor Compliance: Provide safety orientation for incoming contractors, monitor Visitor, Contractor, and Subcontractor compliances to the orientation procedure

 

 
Position Requirements
  • Certificate or diploma in Office Administration program would be an asset
  • 2-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Superior and effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Above average computer skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Superior organizational skills - a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a busy team
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
