Share Email Opening Title IT Systems Analyst III  Description This position is responsible for supporting the systems definition process in developing applications by ensuring that requirements are accurately reflecting the business processes. May work with business representatives to combine business and technical expertise during requirements gathering, development, and testing. May define and document internal and external user interfaces and support systems and data requirements. Acts independently or as a member of a project team to provide analytical support and consulting on projects to ensure system and business requirements are clearly documented and understood during the design and development of the application.   Nature and Scope Applies knowledge of company policies and standard practices to identify and resolve problems. Analyzes issues and uses judgment to make decisions. Responds to requests for more complex technical support. Written communications are coherent and accurate. Documents the problem, issue, or road block to ensure a timely resolution. Work is typically project oriented, related to systems administration and operations, or involves data analysis and reporting. Actual tasks are defined by employee and receives only general instructions on new work. Uses good judgment, creativity, and technical knowledge to obtain and recommend solutions. Makes self fully available to customers in critical situations and keeps customers up to date on progress of projects and activities. Assists the team in accomplishing its goals beyond his/her assigned work. Provides project and work leadership to others. Works under limited supervision.   Position Requirements   Education and Experience 6+ years related experience.
