The Institutional Processor provides accurate and timely support for Institutional Client Services by processing basic account transfers and processing basic account distribution requests, and also:
A high school diploma or the equivalent is required. Must have 1 - 2 years of client service in an office environment. Financial industry knowledge is preferred.
Typing of 40-45 wpm and 10-key skills required. Must be computer savvy and able to learn new programs quickly. Must be able to use basic office machinery on a daily basis. Must be able to communicate effectively in English via telephone, written communications and e-mail. Must be able to design basic Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.
Must have a keen sense of prioritization, organization and urgency. Must pay attention to details and maintain an organized workflow. Must be able to contribute to the success of the team as well as one’s self. Must maintain rapport with internal and external clients. Must be able to use information from different sources and synthesize the information to accomplish tasks.
